Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. You do not need a referral. However, if you have any specific medical concerns (e.g. rash, itch, painful swelling), please see your family physician first. If you are considering treatment of a mole, you MUST ALWAYS check with your family physician or dermatologist before booking an appointment with us.

Are the treatments covered by OHIP?
Aesthetic treatments are not generally covered by OHIP. However, there may be an underlying medical condition that caused the problem for which you are seeking treatment. In this case, the treatment MAY be covered by OHIP.

Will my insurance cover my treatments?

In general, most of our treatments are not covered by insurance.  However, some insurance providers offer a "flex plan", or "flex dollars", which may be used for aesthetic treatments, provided certain conditions are met.  For example, some of our clients have had their laser hair removal treatments covered by their insurance, but the treatment had to be provided in a Doctor's office.
